- Develop and effectively communicate a viable "strategy". Viable strategy defines how you will create value for customers and how you will compete and execute more effectively than your competition.
- Get all team members understanding the strategy, in alignment with the strategy and actively using the strategy on a day-to-day basis to make tactical decisions.
- Formulate strategy at corporate and, if appropriate, business unit level.
- Develop healthy leaders that understand the strategy and their critical role in supporting and communicating strategy to all team members.
